TICON and Singapore’s JustCo forming JV to develop, operate co-working offices in Thailand
TICON Industrial Connection on Monday informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand that it had entered into an agreement on July 6 with Singapore-based JustCo (Thailand 2) to establish a joint-venture company between the two businesses.
TICON will hold 51 per cent and JustCo (Thailand 2) the remainder of the JV, which will have registered capital of Bt1 million.
The new JV will enable the companies to invest and engage in the business of co-working offices and other complementary businesses in Thailand, TICON explained.
