Foremost maker agrees to work with government, Kasetsart University on dairy strategy

FrieslandCampina (Thailand), which makes ready-to-drink Foremost dairy products, has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Dairy Farming Promotion Organisation and Kasetsart University to draw up a “national Curriculum” for the development of the dairy industry.

The agreement marks the first time in Thailand that a private company, a state enterprise and an educational institution have pooled their resources to plot a curriculum that will enhance the capabilities of Thai dairy farmers.

The agreement can lead can to an upgrade in the quality of dairy products that puts them on par with international standards.
