Inflation up but food prices down

Inflation in September showed a slight growth of 1.33 per cent compared with the same month last year, the Commerce Ministry reported on Monday.

It marks the 15th consecutive month of growth following a rise in energy prices of 8.10 per cent, while the price for fresh food dropped by 1.16 per cent, the ministry said.
