GLand to focus on building rental projects as local condo sales level off
GLand Canal Land PCL (GLand) reported net profits of nearly Bt1.07 billion from earnings of over Bt2.85 billion for 2017, an increase of 5.17 per cent compared to the previous year.
The company is moving ahead with its Super Tower project, said Surakij Tharnthananont, vice president for finance in a Friday press release.
“Our priority is rental projects because sales projects in Bangkok have grown dramatically and could exceed consumer demand. Rental projects also provide a steady income,” he said, adding that GLand earnings from rental and services grew by over Bt160 million last year.
