M’sian military chopper crashes into school

A Malaysian military helicopter crashed into a school in the eastern state of Sabah yesterday morning, injuring four students, local media reported.

At least 13 soldiers were on board the Royal Malaysian Air Force transport helicopter when it went down in Tawau town around 9.15am, the New Straits Times newspaper said.
Some military personnel were also |reportedly injured in the crash.
The helicopter had tried to make an |emergency landing, the Malaysia Star |said. 
The aircraft was reportedly on a daily training exercise when the pilot lost control and crashed into the school roof.
“It is unclear what the exact situation is at the moment or how many were injured,” said Tawau’s district police chief Fadil Marcus, according to the Malaysia Star. //dpa
