Urgent : Woman, probably Thai, dashes out of taxi, runs towards police car to seek help in Malaysia
PETALING JAYA: A highly distressed woman, who was believed to be in a traumatic state, ran out of a taxi to a passing police car in search for help.
District OCPD Asst Comm Mohd Zani Che Din said that the woman, believed to be of Thai descent, went towards the patrol car as it was at a traffic light junction in Sri Damansara in Selangor at around 10.15am Thursday (Oct 11).
"The woman called for help and the police called for an ambulance to take her to the Sg Buloh Hospital.
"The on-duty D11 (Sexual, Women and Child Investigations Division) investigating officer has been sent to the hospital to gather further information," he said when contacted.
