Speaking at the opening of the multi-brand store, Khanisorn Suyanand, director of shoes for ICC International, noted that the shoe market was growing exponentially, especially in the sporting footwear category, which is enjoying a 50-per-cent rise in demand. “We need to constantly adjust to meet our customers’ needs. We are aiming to grow the market for our Naturalizer range by 30 per cent with a market value of over Bt300 million. And we are also looking to increase our online sales to respond to the lifestyles of today’s consumers,” he said.
“We now offer such outstanding services as ‘Easy Order’ and ‘Customer care’ and have 144 stores selling our Naturalizer range including in Myanmar and Laos. Our existing customers have been with us a long time and are in the age range of 35 years and older. We are therefore now targeting younger customers, especially in the high heels segment.”
The Easy Order channel is available at the new multi-brand store and will be expanded soon to include a wider range of products.
“Easy order started operating earlier this year and has received a good response. We are now distributing our shoes to 50 provincial stores and offer the Naturalizer range in 20 colours, in both cow and sheep leathers in about seven styles, with pumps the most popular. Customers can check out the designs at the Naturalizer Facebook page as well as on Lazada.
