The event was rated a success, with the number of “matches” reaching more than 400, while the number of participants from Thailand, Japan, and Asean countries increased to more than 200 companies, the press statement said.
This year’s business matching activities were extended to more diverse sectors, ranging from the food and beverage, consumer products, real estate, construction materials, auto, medical devices and digital technology sectors to newcomers in tourism and the education sectors.
According to the press release, the event was organised in Bangkok for the seventh year, “emphasising Krungsri’s commitment to support growth opportunities for Thai enterpreneurs as part of Krungsri’s mission to connect Thai companies to Japanese businesses and Asean partners, and underscore synergies between Krungsri’s local expertise and MUFG’s global network”.
The event was also part of Krungsri’s business empowerment, value-added services to provide knowledge and networks to enhance business opportunities for the bank's corporate customers.
