Samut Prakan female inmates to make 100,000 black ribbons for mourners

Krit Wongwet, the chief of the prison, said the inmates have been making the black ribbons since October 15 and they have so far made 20,000 ribbons.
The ribbons were given to relatives of the inmates and distributed at various locations in Samut Prakan.
