Floodwater reaches area in front of Major Ratchayothin
The floodwater on Phaholyothin Road has reached the spot in front of the Major Ratchayothin complex Thursday morning.
The road from Major Ratchayothin to Kasetsart Intersection was impassable by small vehicles.
The road in front of the Siam Commercial Bank headquarters rose to the sidewalk level while the road in front of the Criminal Court was still dry.
