Violence continued in deep southern province of Narathiwat on Friday, one day after Thai government signed an historic peace agreement with an insurgent group.
Six people, including a solider, were injured when a bomb hidden in motorcycle exploded at about 6am in a fresh market in Narathiwat municipality.
Several vehicles parked near the motorcycle were damaged because of the blast.
On Thursday, Thai government signed the peace talk with Barisan Revolusi Nasional group in Kuala Lumpur. The talk is expected to happen in two weeks' time in this Malaysian capital.
