Judges can express opposition to amnesty bill as individuals: Judiciary Office
The 63 judges who have signed their names in opposition to the amnesty bill has done nothing wrong as they expressed their opinion as individuals, the spokesman of the Office of the Judiciary said Wednesday.
Bowornsak Thawipat, the spokesman, said judges could express their opinions as ordinary people but their action must not affect their responsibility and honour as judges.
