Such uncertified programmes also led to many issues including students&rsquo; inability to transfer credits to other institutes and loss of job opportunities in the civil service.&nbsp;</div>

	He urged private and state-run universities to arrange courses responsibly because their students&rsquo; futures could be ruined if they took uncertified programmes. He also urged high-school graduates continuing their education in universities to ask the Ohec whether the programmes they were interested in were certified before applying for them.</div>
