NPOMC threatens to shut down social media if used to incite unrest

The National Peace and Order Maintaining Council issued an order urging operators of social media to block spreading of false information and block the messages that incite unrest or incite opposition to peacekeeping.

The NPOMC announced that if the practice continues, it would have to suspend the services and summon the inciters to face legal actions.
