B Grimm Power takes over two power plants
B Grimm Power, a leading small power producer in Thailand, has acquired two power plants with combined capacity of 163 megawatts from Sime Darby Energy Pte.
The seller is a business unit of Malaysia's Sime Darby Berhad.
Preeyanart Soontornwata, president of B Grimm Power, said that after the takeover, the company will enhance its total revenue this year from Bt19 billion to Bt23.20 billion.
The two plants will raise the number of its plants in operations to eight, with combined capacity of 896MW.
