Blackout hits parts of Tokyo
As many as 350,000 households in Tokyo suffered from a power outage on Wednesday, according to Tokyo Electric Power Company Holdings Inc.
The blackout occurred from about 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The company said it is restoring power and investigating the cause of the blackout.
