Designer and model Bandid Lasavong promoted his collection at the 2017 Vientiane WOW Fashion Week in Thailand.

Bandid Lasavong, owner of Men Folder, was invited to join the press conference and showcase his fashion collection on a runway in front of officials and guests who attended the event at the Seacon Bangcare Shopping Centre.

Three representatives from the project “The WOW Laos”, Bell, Poupey and Touk also attended the press conference.

Vientiane’s WOW Fashion Week 2017 is being organised to celebrate the success and growth of the magazine in its fifth year. The magazine was launched in Laos as a bilingual lifestyle magazine by WOW Magazine Society Editor-in-Chief Suwat Tessaly.

“Get Procure to Fashion” is the concept theme of this year’s fashion week which has invited Lao and Thai designers to join and exchange their experiences and inspiration for creating fashion.

Vientiane WOW Fashion Week 2017 will have 20 brands from both Lao and Thai designers as well as leading models from the two countries who will walk the runway for the big event.

The Vientiane WOW Fashion Week 2017 will take place on March 18 at the Landmark Mekong Riverside Hotel in Vientiane.

Suwat Tessaly also attended the press conference to publicise this year’s fashion show and says he has received good feedback from the success of the magazine’s previous fashion events.

At the press conference, Touk, a representative of the project “The WOW Laos” urged people to attend and cheer their favourite models.
