Gunkul Engineering pays dividend
Gunkul Engineering Plc's board of directors has approved issuing one new dividend share for six shares and also a cash dividend of Bt0.04 per share for registered shareholders as on April 27.
The board will seek approval from company's shareholders on April 21.
The company also will seek approval for the issue of 7-year debentures worth Bt3 billion for its business expansion this year.
The company also announced net profit of Bt537.71 million.
