Beko appoints commercial director in Thailand
Beko, a European home appliance producer, named Kari Vonhaartman-Harteva as commercial director.
His role is to manage sales and marketing in Thailand, generating Beko’s marketing strategy in order to serve customers’ needs. The company aims to be among the top three brands in Thailand within five years.
The company says Vonhaartman-Harteva has attended Executive Education in “operational excellence” in Paris and Boston. He has a strong background in sales and marketing in different multinational and well-known companies in Thai domestic market for more than 30 years such as Akzo Nobel Coatings, Charoen Pokphand Group, BASF, Mercedes-Benz, Saint-Gobain Gyproc, Franke, Stanley Black & Decker.
Prior to joining Beko, he was managing director for Southeast Asia, EA, South Asia and the Middle East of Synventive Molding Solutions.
