Samut Prakan opens donation centre for flood victims
A donation centre opened at the Samut Prakan provincial hall on Wednesday to gather necessities to help people affected by floods in the Northeast.
Samut Prakan governor Chaichai Uthaiphan launched the centre in a ceremony in front of the city hall at 9.30am.
