Exim Thailand in talks for Myanmar projects
Export-Import Bank of Thailand (Exim Thailand) is in discussions with the minister of planning and finance in Myanmar about financial support for Myanmar’s infrastructure projects.
The bank’s president Pisit Serewiwattana recently paid a courtesy visit to U Kyaw Win, the Myanmar Planning and Finance Minister, to discuss financial support for such projects, through the use of bonds, with executives of the Directorate of Investment and Company Administration and the Office of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Myanmar at the Ministry of Planning and Finance in Naypyitaw.
