Homeless man found dead behind stall
An unidentified homeless man was found dead in a makeshift shelter behind a roadside stall selling drinks in Chanthaburi’s Muang district on Saturday morning.
The vendor at the stall, Amphai Boonruam, 65, alerted police at 7am after she discovered that the man had died.
Amphai said nobody knew where the man came from and his name was unknown. She said he had been sleeping at the shelter for months.
Police said the man, who had no trace of injury, had died about seven or eight hours before his body was found.
