The Metropolitan Police Bureau, which is near the Royal Plaza, welcomed mourners to use its rest rooms and take shelter from the rain on Thursday afternoon.

Many people were waiting to lay funeral flowers at a Royal Crematorium replica at the Royal Plaza at 4pm when it began raining heavily.

The bureau announced on its Facebook wall that mourners could take a shelter inside its command buildings and use the rest rooms on the first and second floor while they were waiting for the rain to stop.
