Man found dead in front of monk's residence
A man died apparently of hypothermia while he was sleeping in front of a monk’s living quarter inside a temple in Nakhon Phanom province.
When a monk opened the door of his residence in Wat Rangsi Yatikaram on Wednesday morning, he found the body of Trakul Kham-or, 59.
Trakul had left his monkhood at the temple recently. He often slept on the floor in front of monks’ living quarters at the temple.
Pol Captain Sitthichai Chanthosiri of Muang Nakhon Phanom Police Station said the man had died about six hours before the body was checked by officials in the morning.
