Enserv, S Korean firm mull Bt40-billion collaboration
Chief executives Thanachat Pochana of Enserv Group and Joseph E Joo of Korea Electric Power Industrial Development recently signed a memorandum of understanding for a Bt40-billion investment in sustainable-energy business opportunities in Thailand, South Korea and other countries.
Enserv Power, a member of the Enserv Group, and KEPID will seek opportunities to collaborate on solar-power plants, energy storage and related projects.
They are currently discussing a project that would generate more than 1,000 megawatts, accounting for a combined investment of more than Bt40 billion.
