The department said the bridge would be closed from 10pm on Saturday to 5am on Sunday. 
The bridge will be closed to test its weight-bearing capacity, the department added.

The Memorial Bridge will be closed to traffic late Saturday night for capacity testing, the Rural Roads Department announced on Thursday.
