Toon to recuperate in North after charity run
Artiwara Kongmalai, better known as Toon Bodyslam, will spend a few more days in the North due to injuries sustained during his 55-day-long charity run.
A source said on Wednesday that Artiwara felt numb on the left side of his body and doctors recommended that he take rest for recuperation.
Initially, the Army had prepared a 295 C-295W aircraft to fly Artiwara and his team from Chiang Rai to Bangkok on Wednesday.
Initiated by Artiwara, the charity run has already raised more than Bt1.2 billion in donations for 11 state hospitals.
The campaign welcomes more donations.
