Thachatchai Police, together with military officers, have arrested three alleged big drug dealers from a network known as “Ann Power”. One of those arrested is alleged to be the head of the network.

The raid descended on the targeted area, the Kok Pae Community, from five directions to arrest the three suspects including 40-year-old Paiboon Rattanapak, aka “Ann Power”, who police believe heads the drug network.

They also arrested 43-year-old Somyot “Nud” Thongyoi and 36-year-old Tawatchai “Gluay” Boontaeng and seized 147 amphetamine pills and 4.278 grams of methamphetamine, along with plastic bags and a digital scale.

All are accused of possessing and trading drugs. Other charges are pending as the investigation continues, said police.

Local citizens earlier reported the network to police. Locals told police the dealers were trading drugs openly and were afraid of the harmful influence on their children. The three are being questioned as police seek to round up additional dealers from the network.
