Ban Namkem Police were told that Banjong and an accomplice had appeared on a motorcycle and Banjong shot Sudkhet Samranrat, 39, and Sorapong Khamsawang, 33, who were fishing from a raft.
Both were critically injured and were taken to Takuapa Hospital.
