Troops from Sri Song Rak camp of the 28th Army Circle were dispatched to the rubber plantation in Ban Sambon village in Tambon Pha-in following complaints from people in the neighhbourhood that the noisy cheers of gamblers was a problem.
The troops seized Bt27,100 in cash and 20 fighting cocks.
The gamblers were handed over to the Erawan police to be charged.
Local people said the gamblers gathered over the weekends and on holidays, causing noise and parking problems.
