Police arrested a construction worker in Bangkok on Tuesday morning for allegedly selling crystal meth and methamphetamine pills by receiving orders via his Facebook account.

Prawit Chajaeng, 34, was arrested at his rented room on Ram-Indra Soi 21 off Ram-Indra Road in Bangkok’s Bang Khen district in a sting operation.

Prawit was arrested while he was leaving his room to allegedly deliver 1.41 grams of crystal meth to undercover police. Police said they found more drugs in his room. A total of 8.26 grams of crystal meth and 978 meth pills were seized.

He said he had bought the drug from a man he knew only as Tai, who lives on Ratchadaphisek Soi 36, for reselling.
