Abandoned baby found near Lampang graveyard

A student, Thanakan Namdeja, 18, was riding his motorcycle past in the Ban Pa Laew graveyard in Tambon Chomphu when he was waved down by a local resident and told that a baby had been found.
Thanakan said the local resident used his phone to call the emergency centre at Lampang Hospital, where the baby was eventually taken.
The baby was found inside a plastic bag.
