Narathiwat woman killed in drive-by shooting
A Muslim woman was shot dead in front of her house in Narathiwat's Rusoh district early on Thursday.
Police said Patthareeda Habayae, 42, was shot in the head, neck and left arm after she parked her motorcycle and was opening the gate of her house.
Police found four spent 9mm shells at the scene.
The woman was returning home from an errand in the downtown area of Tambon Rusoh of Rusoh district. She was trailed by a motorcycle before the pillion rider shot her, police said.
