Suphan Buri woman killed in hit and run
A Suphan Buri woman was killed in a hit-and-run incident early Friday, evidently run over by a heavy truck.
Doem Bang Nang Buat police found the dismembered body of Ngern Namphet, 50, on Chai Nat-Suphan Buri Road in Moo 2, Tambon Khao Phra.
There were no identification documents on the body, but her husband, Banjob Jaiyen, also 50, appeared on the scene and said she’d left home the previous night after they’d argued, as she’d done before.
He claimed she had a “mental disorder”.
Banjob had heard about someone being killed by a vehicle and came to see if it was her.
