AIA Thailand continues to operate business as usual during the period of recent flood crisis around Bangkok.
“AIA regrets to those who have recently been lost and affected by serious flood in many areas. AIA still continues normal business operation to ensure there is no service disruption for our customers," said Ron van Oijen, AIA Thailand’s Chief Executive Officer.

AIA Thailand has donated Bt4 million to help flood victims, including Bt2 million to Chaipattana Foundation and Bt1 million to Thai Red Cross Society, aside from survival kits and drinking water.
For affected policyholders whose premium payments are due by Nov 30, the company will extend the grace period from 31 days to 91 days.
