Zero-rate loans for KTC customers

 They are entitled to zero-rate loans and waived from usage fee for two billing cycles.
 "It is designed to provide extra financial support for house fixing or furniture purchase. All they need to do is prepare a copy of the identification card and the passbook of the bank account to which the money will be transferred. Then call KTC Phone at 02-665-5000 ext. 9.
