The total contract value is Bt1.4455 billion.
AYUDHYA INSURANCE received approval from its board of directors to sell its entire holdings of 260,000 shares, or a 0.43-per-cent stake, in Ayudhya Securities (AYS) to Bank of Ayudhya for Bt3.26 million, according to a regulatory filing yesterday. AYS’s shares will be offered at Bt12.67 apiece by February 29.
