Pruksa condos offer modern style
Pruksa Real Estate's two new condominium projects, Fuse Miti Sutthisan-Ratchada and Fuse Mobius Ramkhamhaeng-Klongton, feature starting prices of Bt2.69 million and Bt1.9 million respectively.
Construction of Fuse Miti will start in October and will be complete by May 2016. The project is designed under the “Unfold Your Life” concept.
Fuse Mobius also features a modern style that also offers a special promotion including free transfer fees.
Urban-type mezzanines
AP (Thailand) has opened for booking its three-and-a-half-storey townhouse project Baan Klang Muang Ratchayothin, with prices starting at Bt7.59 million.
The project has only 92 units worth a total of Bt780 million. It is design under the modern tropical style and mezzanines to serve an urban lifestyle.
Townhouses from Supalai
Supalai has introduced two new townhouse projects under the Supalai Bella brand, on Ring Road-Rama II and Pinklao-Rama V, worth a total of Bt1.6 billion at a starting price of Bt1.15 million.
Supalai Bella Ring Road-Rama II has 499 two-storey units worth a total of Bt1.12 billion. They cover 21 square wah (84 square metres) and have two or three bedrooms.
Meanwhile, Supalai Bella Pinklao-Rama V has 198 units worth a total of Bt580 million. Its townhouse units are also two storeys, and are priced a Bt1.15 million each. The project also has duplexes priced at Bt2 million and detached houses at Bt3 million.
Near MRT extension
Also open for booking is LPN Development’s latest condominium project, Lumpini Park Petchkasem, worth Bt3.5 billion and with a starting price of Bt1.1 million per unit.
The project has four buildings that combine 2,706 units. It is located to close to the MRT Hua Lamphong-Bang Khae extension for ease of transport. Construction will start at the end of the year for completion in 2016.
