Dtac welcomes new CEO

Total Access Communication announced the appointment of Lars-Ake Norling as its new chief executive officer, following a 5-month search.
In September, Jon Eddy Abdullah resigned from his position as CEO of Dtac and Chairman Boonchai Bencharongkul then started the process of appointing a new CEO.
Norling will assume the title from April 1, to fulfill the company's mission in becoming Thailand’s leading internet operator. He is currently the CEO of DiGi.Com Bhd in Malaysia.
Sigve Brekke will step down as interim CEO of Dtac and return to focusing on his role as Telenor Group's executive vice president and head of Asia. He continues to serve as vice-chairman in Dtac's board of directors.
