The company has recruited Lepcom Consulting to assist Thai businesses in deploying the Acumatica suite. Given Lepcom’s experience in ERP consulting and the expertise of its team, users in Thailand will be able to benefit from pre- and post-sales Thai-language support, Acumatica says.
Acumatica launched its Asian expansion plan in 2012, with a strong focus on the Southeast Asian market. Its customers in the region now include leading brands such as KFC Singapore and, in Vietnam, TH Milk and THP Beverages. With this launch in Thailand, Acumatica completes its Southeast Asian strategy of enabling a key market in the region with cloud ERP.
According to the "Cloud Readiness Index" released last year by the Asian Cloud Computing Association, Thailand ranks among the top 10 cloud-ready Asian markets. This accelerates the rise of cloud ERP in Thailand, reflecting an unmistakable regional trend, as new investments in cloud ERP have surpassed that of traditional ERP.
A recent projection by PricewaterhouseCoopers sees cloud ERP more than doubling by next year while investment in traditional ERP will decline by more than 30 per cent."
