KAsset's AUM exceeds Bt1 tn
Kasikorn Asset Management celebrated another milestone, when the assets under management exceeded Bt1 trillion for the first time.
As of July 31, the AUM stood at Bt1.005 trillion.
This maintained the fund company's position on the top of the league, the company said in a statement.
According to the Association of Investment Management Companies, at the end of 2015 the industry's AUM stood at Bt4 trillion, or 30 per cent of gross domestic product. The amount accounted for about 33 per cent of Thailand's combined deposits, worth Bt12.15 trillion.
