BTS Group, Sansiri delighted with 90% sales of The Base Garden-Rama IX
BTS Group and Sansiri Plc showcased the Bt2.28-billion The Base Garden-Rama IX – one of eight projects under their joint venture – with 639 units that are now more than 90 per cent sold out.
The buyers were attracted to the project’s convenient location, only 700 metres from the Airport Rail Link’s Ramkhamhaeng Station and 800 metres from the Sirat Expressway entrance, the meticulously selected premium materials and attention to detail.
The first 20 customers at the grand opening will win free furniture and a complete set of kitchen fixtures. They will also be invited to join the Vertical Garden Workshop.
Prices start at Bt2.99 million.
Uthai Uthaisangsuk, senior executive vice president for business development and high-rise project development at Sansiri, said the project was also close to the Ramindra-Atnarong Expressway.
The materials included Italian marble used to clad the fitness centre and the design was adapted to reflect the needs of customers under the concept “Reflexion of Who You Are”.
The project features a “Garden of Creation”, a novel approach combining green areas to create a large garden suitable for walks and relaxation in the clean air.
The project is easily accessible to many areas of Bangkok through Rama IX, Ramkhamhaeng, Pattanakarn and Ratchada roads, while the city’s lifestyle centre Thonglor-Ekkamai is only five minutes away.
