SET LISTINGS
RAISE BT93.9 BN
The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) reports that newly listed companies have raised Bt93.9 billion from the market this year.
The exchange says an infrastructure fund plans to raise up to Bt50 billion in the middle of this year. If successful, this would provide a significant boost to the capital raised in the first half of the year, the SET's senior executive vice president and head of the issuer marketing division, Santi Kiranand, said at press conference yesterday.
He said this year would also see as many as four foreign firms applying to list on the SET, including a real estate investment trust.
