Tata Motors (Thailand) trains dealers and sale representatives

Tata Motors (Thailand) has conducted product and sales training for more than 50 dealers and sale representatives nationwide in support of the recent launch of the Tata Ultra 6-wheel light duty truck.
Sanjay Mishra, CEO of Tata Motors (Thailand), said the training aimed to deliver a better understanding and key sales points to the new Tata Ultra, including points on the truck’s technological advances, safety and convenience features, customer benefits and after-sales service.
The chief executive said the training will support Tata dealers and sale representatives in giving assistance to customers interested in the products. The recent introduction and sales of the new Tata Ultra 6-wheel light duty truck in March has generated good feedback and demand from both retail and fleet customers, Mishra said.
Mishra said: “The introduction and sales of the new Tata Ultra 6-wheel light duty truck has generated a very desirable feedback from both our retail and fleet customers and that we are grateful for their unwavering support in helping us grow our business.
“With the positive sales response and demand from Thailand market, Tata has proven itself to have delivered products with the best price, quality and superior after-sales service – leading to better efficiency and profits for operators and businesses.
“Moreover, after receiving a pleasing feedback, more training will be arranged for our nationwide dealers and sale representatives to ensure customers with the best knowledge and trustworthy support."
