Hilton’s Garden Inn enters Singapore market

HILTON GARDEN Inn, Hilton’s upscale global brand of hotels, is entering Singapore with the opening of Hilton Garden Inn Singapore Serangoon, which brings 328 rooms to the brand.

“As a testament to our commitment to sustaining Hilton’s growth through Asia-Pacific, we are proud to open our first Hilton Garden Inn in Singapore, a prominent gateway city in Southeast Asia,” global head John Greenleaf said. 
“Hilton Garden Inn Singapore Serangoon is located in Singapore’s Little India district – one of the most vibrant and well-connected areas of the iconic Garden City. 
“With the brand’s globally recognised service-driven culture, bolstered by its high standards of comfort, safety, cleanliness and flexibility, we are confident in our ability to provide guests with exceptional experiences each and every time they stay with us.”
Situated at one of Singapore’s top historic enclaves, just off Serangoon Road, the hotel offers travellers a bright and energetic welcome to the Garden City. The hotel is a 400-metre, or six-minute, walk from the centrally-located Little India MRT station, providing guests easy access to key areas like Orchard Road and Marina Bay, which offer a myriad of shopping, dining and entertainment options. 
Business travellers will also find the location convenient, with the Suntec Convention and Exhibition Centre and the central business district located about two kilometres from the hotel.

“I am confident that the hotel will offer visitors to Singapore a revitalising experience.” Guests will be treated to various amenities and services, such as the innovative digital check-in and digital key, made available via the award-winning Hilton Honours mobile app. 
Guests can select their room and access it using the app, providing a new way for them to personalise their stay.
Guests can dine at the Garden Grille, which offers cooked-to-order breakfast and evening room service. 
The Pavilion Pantry is open 24 hours and features a full selection of snacks, treats, beverages and ready-to-cook meals. 
The hotel also offers complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the premises, a state-of-the-art fitness centre and an outdoor pool overlooking the city.
Hilton Garden Inn Singapore Serangoon participates in Hilton Honours, the only hotel loyalty programme that allows members to earn points and miles on the same stay, without any blackout dates on reward stays. 
To celebrate the hotel’s opening, Honours members will receive 5,000 bonus points per stay on stays of three nights and more, when completed from June 1-August 31. 
Honours members will always receive the lowest price guaranteed, along with Honours points, free Wi-Fi, digital check-in privileges and booking fee waivers only when their stays are booked directly through Hilton. The programme now also offers members greater flexibility. They can now pool points with friends and family, or combine points and money, to make redemptions.
