NEW PTT UNIT FORMED
PTT Global LNG Co was established yesterday by PTT Plc and PTTEP Business Centre Co to engage in the liquefied natural gas business. PTT’s board at its meeting on May 19 passed a resolution to establish the joint venture as the first step of investment expansion in the fully integrated LNG value chain, according to the company’s filing to the Stock Exchange of Thailand.
PTT and PTTEP Business Centre Co, a subsidiary of PTT Exploration and Production Plc, took equal stakes in the JV, which starts with Bt8 million in registered capital.
DUSIT IN MACTAN DEAL
The Philippines’ Robinsons Land Corp has signed a deal with Thailand-based global hospitality group Dusit International to open a 271-room beachfront luxury resort at the northern peninsula of Mactan Island in Cebu by 2019. – Philippine Daily Inquirer
