Prinsiri in Bt700m debenture issue this week

Stock Exchange of Thailand-listed property firm Prinsiri will this week issue three-year debentures worth up to Bt700 million, offering an annual fixed interest rate of 6 per cent.
Interest will be paid every three months throughout the debenture term, executive director Chairat Kovitchindachai said on Tuesday.
The debentures, which target institutional and/or big investors, will be issued from July 13 to 18, he added.
