MCTHAI NAMED BEST BOSS
McThai Co Ltd has been named “the best of the best employers” following cooperation between Aon and the Sasin Graduate Institute of Business Administration of Chulalongkorn University on the announcement yesterday of the 14 Best Employers in Thailand for 2017.
Aon is a professional services firm.
Aon Best Employers led the way with an engagement score 22 points higher than for other employers, and 30 points higher on the percentage of employees who would recommend their company to someone seeking work. The other employers in the list include Advanced Contact Centre Co Ltd and AIS.DHL Express Thailand, Fitness First (Thailand) Ltd, Food Passion Co Ltd, Mitr Phol Bio Fuel Co Ltd and Mitr Phol Sugar Mill (Kalasin).
, Panel Plus Co Ltd, SAP Systems who is an Applications and Products In Data Processing (Thailand) Ltd, Tesco Lotus, The Siam Cement (Kaeng Khoi) Co Ltd, Toyota Motor Thailand Co Ltd, and Phyathai Hospital.
McDonald’s APAC was also named Regional Best Employer for Asia Pacific. Marriott Vacation Club Thailand; Marriott International, Thailand; and InterContinental Hotels Group, Thailand were named Best Employer Thailand 2017 through the Global programme, Dr. Adisak Chandprapalert, Country Leader, Aon Hewitt Thailand, said.
