Central Pattana and Ek-Chai develop joint venture
Retail and property developer Central Pattana (CPN) and Ek-Chai Distribution System, which operates Tesco Lotus hypermarkets in Thailand, have set up the 50:50 per cent joint venture.
The company, Synergistic Property Development Company Limited, will support business expansion.
The JV has registered capital of Bt100,000 with ordinary share capital of 1,000 shares at a par value of Bt100 each, according to CPN filing to the Stock Exchange of Thailand on Tuesday
