TRIS gives Supalai ‘A’ ratings
TRIS Rating has affirmed the company rating and the ratings of the senior unsecured debentures of Supalai Plc at “A”.
TRIS said the ratings reflect Supalai’s proven track record in the residential property development industry in Thailand, its well-known brand name in the middle-income housing segment, its well-balanced residential property portfolio and its strong financial position.
